Refund policy
30 day return policy:-
The customer may return the product for any reason within 30 days of purchase. The seller is responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item that arrived was faulty or was not the product that was ordered (see below). Refunds will be processed within a max of five working days of receiving the item. If the item is not returned in its original condition - ie damaged, dirty, without accessories or without original packaging we reserve the right to deduct reasonable costs from the refund to restore the item to saleable condition.
Faulty products:-
If a product is faulty or defective then please contact us to authorise a return. The product must be returned to us (or our supplier) within 30 days of delivery. We will reimburse the buyer for the amount of the return postage service that we suggested. We will replace the products free of charge and redeliver them at our own cost. If we are unable to replace them we will refund the total price paid for the product including postage.
Incorrect orders:-
In the unlikely event that we ship the wrong item please notify us within 7 days of delivery. The product must be returned in original packaging and we will send the correct order and pay postage costs as we would for a faulty products.
Disclaimer: We will not be liable for any damages, costs, losses (including without limitation- economic loss, loss of profit, loss of business, interruptions to business, depletion of goodwill or reputation, and/or loss of commission), claims or liabilities, whether direct, indirect or consequential, incurred by you due to our inability to replace the product or due to any delay in replacing the product.
